  • For healthy people of all ages, exercise is recommended for at least 150 minutes per week (or 5 days for 30 minutes) of moderate intensity or 75 minutes (or 5 days for 15 minutes) of intensive exercise

  • 50-63% max of heart rate
  • MET 1.1-2.9

Moderate physical activity

  • walk 4.8-6.5km / h, cycling 15km / h, moderately heavy gardening, tennis (steam), dancing
  • 64-76% max f heart rate
  • MET 3-5.9
  • A test of speech in an effort: possible conversation with exercise with rapid breathing and full sentences

Intensive physical activity

  • fast walking, running, cycling> 15km / h, heavy gardening, swimming, tennis (single)
  • 77-93% max of heart rate
  • MET ≥6
  • Test of speech in an effort: during a very quick breathing activity, full conversation is not possible
